Mexico-Week 17

Life! This week was crazy.  We were sick all of this week. We couldn’t leave our beds.  I had a fever of 103.3 degrees. It was an adventure. lol. We were on a strict food regimen.  Such fun (sarcasm!).  The elders covered our lessons.  But seriously, it also showed us how well the ward works together to get stuff done.  We called Hermana Flor.  It was like having my mom here with me in México.  She moved heaven and earth to get us the meds we needed and it was great.  :)  We're better now! We are loved!

Today we climbed a huge hill here in San Juan and took pictures.  We had a hilarious time.  I’m seriously going to miss the missionaries here when I leave. I think I’m going to be transferred this next week, but who knows. We’ll see what comes!

This keyboard seems to be worse than usual.  Mom, I hope you can get all of this.

I passed the fluency test. That means I can hold any type of conversation with people and understand them.  It just tested speaking Spanish, not writing.  We have interviews with Presidente and if he can talk to us the whole interview about everything (from talking about cooking to talking about our investigators) in Spanish, then we pass and we move on to possibly being trainers apparently.

Sorry no pictures this week.  Adios, Hermana Talbot
