Mexico-Week 16

Hola!  We taught English classes for the first time this week.  And it was awesome.  We really got to see how hard these people are trying to better their lives and how much service really does open the doors to missionary work.  I was teaching the beginners class and in walked a family we didn't know.  They sat down and started asking me all sorts of questions.  It was great and they learned a lot.  Afterwards, the dad came up to me and handed me a note that thanked me for the service we were doing and their address and phone number with a date and time that we could come visit them. They're going to be baptized in 5 weeks :)!!!!
My week was awesome. We’ve had some cool experiences but there hasn’t been any real progress with our other investigators.  I wish people would come to church and see how it could bless their lives.
I loved the video of Elena playing the violin.  I am so proud of her! I showed it to everyone in my district.  They say good job!
I think I’m going to be transferred soon, but who knows?
Have a great week!  Love, Hermana Talbot

This is art that a member made out of garbage.  I think it is cool.
