Mexico-Week 33

Hola everyone!  You’re going to die when you hear what happened to me this week.:  I’m in a trio!
It was totally an adventure. The APs called us at 9:45pm and told us to get to the offices asap and then, without telling us why, hung up. We were in a meeting with the ward council, we told the bishop sorry that we had to go, no, we didn’t know why, and that we really had to go. We promptly took off running for a taxi. We were freaking out the whole was there, thinking that someone had died or something. FREAKINGOUT!
When we got there everyone was sitting calmly and looked at us like we were crazy. We learned that we would be in a trio. We got home and realized that we didn’t have three beds. We had to wake up Hermana Tere, she’s the ward member we live with.   She let us use her mattress (thanks heavens that she had an extra).  We hauled it up a flight of stairs and got everything situated. We moved around the whole house to find room to put the three beds in the same room and find room for another desk.  It was quite the adventure :)

My new companion Hermana Perez is awesome. She’s super happy and has 1 year in the mission.
Apparently I forgot to mention - I was super duper sick last week. I had to go to the hospital. I’m all better now, so don’t freak out, Mom.  We went to the hospital because it’s where the doctor works not because I was deathly ill.  Dr.  Vazques is awesome. I was on a diet that limited my food to nothing but celery, apples, and carrots, basically, no pasta, no bread, no tomato, no nada. I’ve lost weight! :D!
So, we are having a blast! And somehow, we are having success while blasting.  It is our companionship joke.
Have a great week, Hermana Talbot
