Mexico-Week 27

Hola everyone!  Everything is good here in Mexico.  Our week was still slow.  Apparently, because they’re rich, all the people here have month long vacations.  We are dying for lack of things to do. We contact the store people as we walk around.
I’m very excited because my Uncle Terence and Aunt Charlotte were called to be mission presidents in Mexico.  THAT’S SO COOL! They will be serving in the Mexico Hermosillo Mission, which is in Northern Mexico.  TELL THEM GOOD LUCK FROM ME!   It is far away from me, but it looks super pretty from the pictures I’ve seen.

My companion got hit on by an old man who sells basketball shoes and he told her that if she'd marry him he would give her 2000 pesos every week and new shoes. Sooooo funny.

Someone tried to rob me, but my companion hit him on the head with the Bible...and now we're teaching him. I’ve never quite heard scolding like that when she was telling him not to rob people.  That was super funny too.  My companion is from Oaxaca.   Girls from Oaxaca are tough.

The food here is awesome.  It is the same as my last area.  I just love it.  The houses here are even cooler. The people are so rich.

Adios por ahora (Goodbye for now), Hermana Talbot
