Mexico-Week 9

Hola!
The subject/theme of this week was the law of chastity.  Our investigators are having problems with it.  Not only is Ireri not married but she also has some major problems besides and Romueldo isn’t married and his spouse won’t get married to him because she is just plain stubborn.  We fasted for them and hopefully marriages will start happening soon.
This is Mexican string cheese.

I’ve discovered a certain kind of chocolate chip cookies here in Mexico.  They are delicioso!

We have a new elder, Elder Erekson (who isn’t related to my old companion).  He is a redhead and is awesome.
We dropped a lot of investigators this week because we just couldn’t get a hold of them or they weren’t progressing.  It makes me very sad, but that’s how it goes.  Enrique is back in the picture, however.  He had 3 people die in the month.  We had dropped him, but he had a change of heart.  He didn’t attend church this Sunday, so we'll see how that really goes.

Here's another spider.
Thank you for the picture of the mountains.  I miss my mountains.  On the next p-day we might be able to La Pena.  That is the mountain here in Queretaro.
Here's a picture of Hermana Medina with her travel plans.  She has been out 17 months.
We received some new Standards of Excellence this week.  I have them in Spanish, but not English.
Here's a map of our mission.

This week I had the gripa (the flu).  We went and got some medicine that worked really well.
I dyed my hair.

Adios for now, Hermana Talbot
