Mexico-Week 44

Hello!  Talking with my family on Mother’s Day was great!  I felt like there wasn’t enough time.  It will be my last time Skyping with my family.  I realize how little time I have left on my mission.
Soooooo...today I’m 20. Isn’t that crazy???!!! I’m officially not a teenager any more.  I have been thinking of all the ways I’ve changed during my mission.
The trio is doing well. We are learning together and growing together.  My companions put up decorations for my birthday.
Here’s something funny about me companions - Hermana Beardall and I are super tall. Hermana Morales is super short. It makes for an interesting combination when we walk down the street hahaha.
These are the famous beans from the north - they have meat in them, of course!
Our new zone
The package :)!
At the Bishop’s house
We had mango ice cream!
I’m starting something new in my blog. It’s something that President sends to us every week- a letter, a talk, and a reflection. I hope you like them. They make me think a lot!
Eat the Fruit Yourself
On a certain occasion, a disciple complained to his Master:
'You always tell us stories, but you never tell us what they mean!'
The Master replied, ‘Would you like it if I offered you fruit, but chewed it up before giving it to you?'
Here’s another thought:
Stick to your task till it sticks to you;
Beginners are many, but enders are few.
Honor, power, place, and praise
Will always come to the one who stays.

Stick to your task til it sticks to you;
Bend at it, sweat at it, smile at it too;
For out of the bend and the sweat and the smile
Will come life's victories, after a while.

Until next week, Hermana Talbot
